The singing inspector

One day I came to school with the news there was a singing inspector coming today. We were called for singing class later on in the day.When we went in I was slightly scared but when I saw the inspector I was terrified.He told us to sit down .

He called up Benny and Charles. They could only sing pretty Polly and he shouted at them then I felt like if I go and sing .Nothing would come out of my mouth. If I was called up I was going to freeze because I was so nervous. When he called me up I felt nervous and scared . I was even more scared when me and iris did not say a thing. I was relieved when my turn was over. The singing inspector said we were not to sing again.

From that day on me and iris’s had to sit with the big boys and the little kids . That didn’t go for singing. But I have to admit I’m glad I’m not going to sing for him again.

    Kate, you clearly describe the events of that day, from the point of view of your character. You also express her feelings and emotions quite well. Keep editing your posts carefully, especially your punctuation.

Grade 4 camp

Two weeks ago we were on camp.We went to Simonsberg with the Partridges. First of all we  got on the bus to  Giraffe House.At the Giraffe House we first walked to the reptile show at the .There was a baboon scale and a black bearded lizard.There was also a spider I got to hold a hug snack it took 10 people to hold the snack.After the show we had lunch and ice-cream.then we got back to the bus on our way to Simonsberg. At Simonsberg we were told wear to sleep and we then unpacked our bags. we then played lots of games.like one of the games was.We had to make the pole go down three poles but  we had to throw another pole to get  the other poles down. The next morning we had breakfast then made forts   and then played a lot more games then we had diner then went to bed.

A New Year Of Grade 5

                                                    A New Year Of Grade 5 we started school 7 weeks ago so far I have had the best year ever . Some subjects have changed and there is also a new teacher . The one subject that is different is our tech teacher and our coding teachers have know joined there subjects and its very different but still fun. Our art teacher has left and know there is a new one she is very calm and kind I love her. My grade 5 teacher is the best he lets us swim in the school pool  and we get extra camp at the end of the year .I think grade 5 is going to be the best year ever. Anyone that has my teacher Mr R is going to be very lucky because he is the best grade 5 teacher.
